Yoga Classes
Individual Yoga Classes are $10 per person per class
Cash, check, credit card, debit card, Paypal and Venmo accepted
Children under the age of 18 are free.
Group Yoga Session
A group yoga session is a one hour class that includes the yoga session, pranayama (breathing technique) and the meditation session. This session is always done in a group setting. Each group yoga session is $10 per person.
Semi-Private Yoga Session
A semi-private yoga session is an hour long and for two people. Each session will include the yoga class, pranayama (breathing technique) and the meditation session. Only $50 per person. A 50% deposit is required to book your semi-private yoga session. An invoice for your deposit will be sent to you via email upon scheduling your session.
Private Yoga Session
A private yoga session is an hour long that is customized to your specific fitness needs or therapeutic needs. Each private session includes the assessment, yoga class, pranayama (breathing technique) and the meditation session. Each private yoga session is $85 an hour and a 50% deposit is required to book your private yoga session. An invoice for your deposit will be sent to you via email upon scheduling your session.
